  1. Take clear photos of the product and any damage (if applicable).

  3. We will review your request and respond with further instructions.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to determine whether a refund is necessary based on the issue with the product. If we deem the issue eligible for a refund, we will issue a full refund or offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

No Returns: Please note that returns are not accepted. We do not accept returned items under any circumstances. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out to us promptly so we can assist you.

Processing Time: Once your refund is approved, please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to your original payment method. Please note, processing times may vary according to your financial institution. 

Chargeback Policy: We take chargebacks seriously and reserve the right to block customers who file chargebacks, regardless of the outcome. By purchasing from us, you agree to the following:

  • If a chargeback is filed, we will investigate the issue and may block you from future purchases.
  • We encourage resolving issues directly with us before initiating a chargeback.
